I met Karlyn Nelson 2 years ago & was immediately impressed with her infectious enthusiasm, great communication skills & deep market knowledge. Once I was ready to sell my Jefferson duplex, she was my first call. But my sale wasn’t easy. Unexpected health issues caused me to reevaluate my renovation plans.
