Karlyn and Lacy, are simply a dream to work with. Within a span of four months we sold our home and bought a duplex. There was no detail, no question, no concern that we had that Karlyn did not address, consider, or take care of. Not only was Karlyn super professional and thorough, but she was also incredibly patient. In the fall of 2022 we considered selling, talked with Karlyn and Lacy, and then realized we were not ready.
