We plan to stop in this week for oysters, uni, crab legs and more—all designed to pair well with wine and cocktails. Hamachi crudo and cold squid ink noodles with hunks of crab? If it’s as amazingly delicious as the pasta they’ve been serving since 2021 (how has it been that long?) then we cannot wait to take a seat at the bar. With classic martinis, pina coladas and curated wines by the glass, this will surely be a go-to spot in West Adams—a neighborhood with a culinary scene that is getting hotter by the minute. Oh wait, this is a raw bar. Dare we say cooler by the minute?
