We've spent the past few weeks reflecting on all that was 2022, and we are beyond honored to have helped 30 clients find their HOME (or their next HOME!). No matter where they were in their journey, we helped shepherd them to their destination. And we have to say, we found some pretty amazing destinations!
When it comes down to it, we have a really cool job because we're truly helping people make their dreams come true. Thanks to our clients, friends, families and fellow realtors, 2022 was a dream year. In fact, it was our best yet with more than $38 million in total sales.
We're blown away by our growth and grateful for the opportunity to do what we do. We're bringing Michael Jordan championship energy into '23, doing all that we can to up our game and serve our clients the best way we know how!
Here's a look at our 2022 highlights!

Our average sales price increased by more than 57% and our business grew by 23%, which is pretty damn cool in a year when so many said the sky was falling. We can assure you....it is not!

13 of our 30 clients were on their 2nd or 3rd deal with us. We live for repeat business and see our clients as clients for life.

Once again, we're a top team in our own South LA communities, including West Adams, Jefferson Park, Mid City and Leimert Park. We love bringing clients to this amazing pocket of LA.

We expanded our reach helping clients in 16 neighborhoods and cities across SoCal. From Sherman Oaks to San Pedro and Green Valley Lake to Long Beach, we branched out, often navigating concurrent sales and purchases for clients.

We welcomed Tim Lind to the team, and we're going to let him stick around! He has more than doubled his business since joining us this summer.

We were included inWall Street Journal/RealTrends America's Top 1.5% of U.S. Realtors. Humbled for sure!

We raised more than $12,000 for LA's Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services to help stop suicide and provide mental health resources in our communities.

We sold our highest priced listing ever at 3031 Paulcrest Drive starting a Hollywood Hills bidding war and going for $5.335M, a price we were told we'd never get.

It was our first full year at Compass, and we're still pumped to be a part of this dynamic brokerage that is equal parts innovation, real estate and tech. And #1 in LA!
